2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
- Supply required assets, credentials, and approvals when needed.
- Use delivered software in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Payments and Delivery
Pricing, milestones, and payment terms are agreed before project start. Delivery schedules depend on scope clarity, revision cycles, and client response time.
4. Revisions and Change Requests
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are supported. New features or major scope changes may require updated timelines and pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership transfer terms for source code and deliverables are defined in project agreements. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses.
6. Warranty and Liability
Services are provided with professional care. Except where explicitly agreed, no guarantees are made for third-party platforms, policy changes, or indirect business losses.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate collaboration if obligations are materially breached. Completed work and pending payments remain enforceable based on completed milestones.
